Technical due diligence for financing a pipeline of PV projects, Czech Republic
An international investor is planning to develop several PV plants in the Czech Republic. To determine investors’ opportunities and risks, the company retained Fichtner to conduct a due diligence review under technical aspects. After the general review, project-specific technical due diligence audits are conducted for six PV plants, taking the previous phase as a starting point. Fichtner then monitors construction to approve release of payments. For hand-over of the plants, Fichtner certifies mechanical completion and provisional acceptance.
