Technical consultancy and owner´s engineering for Ardley Energy-from-Waste Facility, United Kingdom
The UK waste management company Viridor retained Fichtner as technical advisor to draw up a proposal for a public-private partnership (PPP) contract for a residual waste treatment plant in Ardley. First of all we was contracted to prepare the permit application for the (EfW) facility as well as a due diligence report. After Viridor had won the PPP contract, Fichtner was awarded the follow-up contract for the realization phase as Owner´s Engineer.
